DENVER COUNTRY CLUB

The Denver Country Club has generously made its croquet lawn available to us at no cost. Without access to this additional lawn, hosting this tournament would not be possible. We are grateful for their support and ask all players and guests to respect the Club’s rules and policies during the event. Maintaining a positive relationship with the Club is essential to preserving this opportunity for future tournaments.

Dress Code.  Blue jean denim, t-shirts, tank tops, cargo styles, slogan images, exceptionally short skirts and shorts as well as bare feet are considered inappropriate dress.

Cell Phone and Personal Electronic Devices.

All use of cell phones and other electronic devices on Club property is strongly discouraged. Members and their guests will limit the use of cellular phones and other electronic devices on Club property in accordance with the following:

Phone Calls - The use of electronic devices to initiate or receive phone, video or other calls is prohibited on Club property, except when the user is in the parking lot inside an automobile.

Electronic Device Screen Use - The use of electronic devices to send, receive and read text and e-mail on Club property is permitted.

Electronic Device Use - must be silent and discrete. Extended or constant use of electronic devices is not permitted. When not in use, electronic devices must be kept out of sight (i.e., in a pocket or bag) and not visible to others, including on tables.

Property Access and Map

Upon arrival, players should check in with security at the Guard House.

A map will be made available to players with:

  • Recommended parking locations

  • The route to the croquet lawn

  • Restroom locations

  • The Pop Stand, where food and beverages may be purchased with a credit card

We have been asked to limit our movement on Club property to these areas.

Please also remember that the croquet lawn is located within the golf course. The most direct route between from the lawn to the restrooms and Pop Stand crosses near the 10th tee. Be alert for golfers and extend them the right-of-way.
